Following Boris Johnson’s announcement of last night and our overwhelming desire to keep our amazing team and wonderful customers safe, we are very saddened to advise that in line with the latest government guidance, unfortunately (physically), the business is currently closed.
Last evening marked a milestone in British history but if we’re honest, it has been expected and is sensible. This is also something that we have been planning for at Derby Motorhomes, and The Auto-Sleeper Exhibition Centre is ready to meet this challenge and will emerge stronger when this is all over.
A large proportion of our team can work remotely from home and our service team are contacting affected service customers directly to advise them regarding provisions for re-booking once we are able to open fully again.
For any customer who has a vehicle awaiting collection, we apologise but guidance dictates that currently your handovers will need to be delayed but rest assured, as soon as we are able to re-arrange handovers, they will recommence.

Our physical sales showroom is closed but again we can work remotely too. Tim, Mike and Richard are all contactable via email and they should also be able to access our “live chat” service although we ask for your patience as this service may not be under constant monitor.
The sales team will endeavour to work virtually; our stock is available to view online with full descriptions and most will have video available. We will be happy to offer “facetime” calls to those of you with this facility and we can still take motorhome orders from anyone wishing to buy.

Finally, as a business that has been operating since 1983, we’ve seen challenging times before; we are prepared for them and will survive them. Although the coronavirus pandemic is a unique situation calling for unique measures, we are confident that we can meet this challenge and eventually emerge stronger and wiser.
